Best engine evaluations: Defines if the user has access to the Best Engine service. -1 stands for the enabled access.

Staff status: Designates whether the user can log into the admin site. Enabled for the employees of http://Custom.MT with the admin rights.

Is active: Specifies whether the account is active or not.

Refresh date: Specifies the date and time when the subscription will be renewed.

Is basic: Specifies whether the subscription is a basic one (available through the main site) or an enterprise edition (created for a specific user). If the checkbox is checked, the subscription will be visible for all users in the Subscription section. If it is disabled, the subscription will be visible only if it is active at the moment.

Is limited providers: Defines if the user has access to limited providers or if the whole set is available.

Active stock providers: Defines what stock MT providers will be available for the user.

Active custom providers: Defines what custom MT providers will be available for the user.

Access to Prompt Studio: Defines if the user has access to the Prompt Studio.

Access to Human in the loop: Defines if the user has access to the functionality that allows post-editing of the translated text, which can be done in external resources: TMS, CAT tools, sending a link to the editor’s email.

Is subscription warning sent: If the limits are about to be used up, a notification mail is sent. When checked, it means that the email had been sent. Do not check this checkbox manually, it is a system parameter.
